At Fittstore.com we do everything we can to deliver at the promised delivery time. If that isn’t possible, we will inform you.

Incomplete order?

We can’t always send all items at the same time. In your account you can see if we have sent everything in one shipment. If you are missing something in your order and it states that we have sent everything, please contact customer service at help@fittstore.com. Then we will immediately start looking for your missing item!

Delivery time

Nothing is as important to us as the delivery time. That’s why you can see before you order something when we can deliver the item. Items that are directly in stock are usually delivered the next day. Items that are not in stock may take a little longer.

Do you have a delivery address outside the Netherlands or Belgium?

Then your article will be on the road for a little longer.

Which delivery options can I choose?

Standard delivery: free from € 30, – otherwise € 3.99. The delivery options and additional services below are not included in the total amount.

• Letterbox mail: Monday to Saturday

• Small packages via parcel service: Monday to Sunday

I did not receive a confirmation? Did my order go through?

Is your order in your account? Then it succeeded.

If you do not receive a confirmation 45 minutes after your order and there is nothing in your account, please contact customer service at help@fittstore.com. And don’t worry: if money has been withdrawn, we will automatically refund your account.
