Because we do everything we can to get the product to you as quickly as possible, it is unfortunately not possible to change your order. After receipt, exchange is of course still possible.
You can use the discount code when you complete your order. Enter your code in the “Discount code” box. The same applies to the code on your gift card. Keep in mind that you do this before you pay. After payment, it is unfortunately no longer possible for us to still apply the discount.
After you have completed your order, we will take care of the rest. If your order has been sent, you will receive an e-mail from us. Once you have placed your order, it is unfortunately no longer possible to adjust the delivery address.
If you see that your order has been damaged by the shipment, then let the delivery / delivery service know immediately. If you do not do this right away, it is difficult for us to be able to resolve this afterwards with the relevant delivery service.
If your order is damaged or you are not satisfied, you can always exchange or return the order in the original packaging. Enter the exchange letter for this. Here you can also indicate why you return the product (s). Put the product (s) back in the shipping box and return the box.
